Delegate the possible detail design engineering package(s) to the
Mechanical Engineers and where practical involve the Mechanical
Engineers in the design as a means of transferring the specialist
knowledge.
Review, correct, amend and approve all of the mechanical engineering
designs and documents or packages produced.
Liaise closely with the related functional engineers namely piping,
electrical, civil structural, and instrument and control to ensure
economy and standardisation of the related designs.
Provide effective assistance and input when called upon to do so
during installation and commissioning work.
Attend and ensure Vendors perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site
Acceptance Test.
Keep update of changes and the advancement in related technology.
Ensure the production of specific engineering deliverables, within
budget, on schedule and in accordance with quality assurance
practices and procedures.
Ensure specific engineering package(s) carried out in compliance
with applicable codes, standards and regulatory and contractual
requirements.
Proactive problem identification and resolution as needed to meet

Project, design and installation of NPS 24 cross over lines up
stream and down stream of the block valve station to facilitate
flexibility during the operation and maintenance of the system.

for construction, and co-ordination and control of all project
documents. Additionally, I conducted a feasibility study of the
piping systems and shipping pumps at Pump House No. 1, Plant 54, as
part of BI-8212. This included pressure drop calculations and pump
